About me
Hi, I’m Sarah.
For much of my life, I was the one who held everything together.
I showed up, stayed strong, and gave my best — at work, at home, in my relationships, and as a mother. From the outside, it looked like I was doing everything “right.” On the inside, I was slowly losing touch with myself. My needs were always last, my energy was depleted, and I had learned to ignore the quiet signals my body and spirit were sending me.
For years, over-giving felt normal. Expected, even. Until my body forced me to pay attention.
The Turning Point
Several years ago, I experienced a personal health crisis that became impossible to ignore. What initially felt frightening and overwhelming ultimately became the wake-up call that changed everything. I realized that the way I had been living — constantly pushing, caretaking, and putting myself last — was no longer sustainable.
That moment marked the beginning of a very different way of living.
The Journey Back to Myself
Over the last seven years, I’ve made intentional, meaningful changes to my life. I began rebuilding my health, redefining my boundaries, and learning how to listen to myself again — physically, emotionally, and intuitively. I let go of patterns that no longer served me and slowly reconnected with who I was beneath the roles and expectations.
This wasn’t a quick fix or a single breakthrough moment. It was a gradual, honest process of choosing myself — sometimes uncomfortably — again and again.
And in doing so, I found not only healing, but clarity.
Why I Do This Work
Before becoming a coach, my professional background was in Human Resources, where supporting people was always at the heart of my work. But my own journey showed me that true transformation often requires deeper, more personal support — the kind that honors the whole person, not just their productivity or performance.
I became a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Motivation Coach so I could support women on the path I know so well: the path back to balance, energy, and self-trust.
Through Liberated Life Health and Wellness, I work with women who give so much to others that they’ve lost touch with themselves. My coaching is compassionate, client-led, and grounded in the belief that lasting change comes from within — not from pressure, perfection, or external expectations.
My Approach
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all wellness or rigid rules. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your lived experience, and walking alongside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom and create sustainable change that feels aligned with your life.
This work is about liberation — from burnout, from guilt, from the belief that your needs must always come last.
An Invitation
If any part of my story resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin — just a willingness to start listening to yourself again.
